Abdominal diastasis is a condition that occurs when the rectus abdominis muscles separate, leading to weakness in abdominal wall and can manifest as bulge middle abdomen. common generate annoying symptoms affect quality of life those who suffer from it. Management include variety therapeutic approaches, conservative management with specific exercises manual therapy, surgery more severe cases.
